Family, one of the strongest bonds we have with each other. Families are the glue that hold us all together. Has anyone else noticed how fast families change over the years? We want to help you capture those moments together that will become your precious memories. We offer family sessions in our downtown GR studio or on location.

How to choose the right session for your family

We offer three different family sessions to make sure you are getting exactly what you want in your package!

The Family Mini Session

This Session is designed for a single, immediate family only. Sessions can be held on location of your choice and also in our downtown Grand Rapids studio. We dual shoot, so we cover a lot of ground in the 30 mins. Sessions will include family poses, family candid, individuals of the kids, groups of the kids, kids with mom, kids with dad, and couple photos. Sarah is great with the littles and usually takes them to get their photos while Aaron does the couple photos. It's a 30 min session, and we incorporate as much movement into the session as possible to the kids don't get bored and wiggly. Trust us that we will make sure they are smiling and looking, parents we need you to look at the camera and smile instead of looking at them!

The Multi-Family Session

This session is designed for up to 3 families (such as brothers and sisters and their kids). Sessions are 45 min, we dual shoot all sessions to make sure we maximize the time we spend with your family. Sessions can be held at a location of your choice, and we are happy to suggest locations depending on what you want for your photos! These sessions will include a large group photo, then individual family photos, sibling photos, individual photos of each child, groups of siblings, couples photos and so on. We move quickly and capture tons of memories for you!

The Large Group Multi-Generational Session

This sessions is designed for those amazing moments when you can get the whole family together! Grandparents, sometimes great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, all in one location! This is an hour long session, we dual shoot the session to make sure we are getting all of the different combinations of photos that you are looking for! We have experience with very large groups (50+). These sessions offer the large group photos, smaller family photos, couples photos and individuals of the kids. It helps us to have a list of desired photos the day of the session so we can make sure we don't miss any.
